PHASE 2 IS HERE! This program is for the brides to be!! We all want to feel our best on our wedding day and I am here to guide you to the most confident, radiant version of yourself! You will have the same split for 6 weeks and you will have 5 workouts each week. It is so beneficial to be consistent with the same movements as you improve your form, your endurance and your strength over the weeks.
